I run a private clinic, next year we will be 10 years old. I started with a staff of 30 people, and revenue was about 20 thousand rubles per day. Now I employ about 180 people, and our tax payments exceed 21 million rubles. I sincerely consider my organization to be unique because we have no turnover. This indicates both a decent level of wages and a healthy microclimate. We serve about 500 people every day, and about 236,000 calls a year. In addition to the main base, we have 5 health centers located at such large enterprises as NAC Azot JSC, Procter and Gamble LLC, etc. We try to maintain a decent material and technical base, so we live on endless loans, but in medicine -It’s simply not possible for anyone else. Equipment is becoming obsolete at warp speed, and we must be competitive. It should be noted here that regional and federal programs to support entrepreneurship help us a lot. For example, this year I received about 2 million rubles in subsidies for the purchase of an ultrasound scanner, and now I am investing this money in opening an MRI department. Of my personal merits, I can note the victory in the National Award for the best doctors of Russia “Calling” in 2014 and the victory in the nomination “Best Women’s Project” of the “Business Success” Award in the Central Federal District in 2015. Since 2013, I have been a deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the city of Novomoskovsk, working in the commission on social issues. The medical business in the Tula region makes a significant contribution both to the economy of the region and to the health of the region's population.
