The forum, organized by the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship of the Stavropol branch of OPORA RUSSIA, was held in the resort city
Pyatigorsk on holidays. More than 150 representatives of the business community from different regions of Russia attended the forum.

The business program included strategic sessions and discussion platforms.
As well as meetings with the leadership of the region.
First Vice-President of OPORA RUSSIA Azat Gazizov held a master class on the formation and development of communities, and invited experts spoke
about promotion in social networks, marketing trends
and personal brand, about management and leadership in business,
about the export of goods, business prospects
in the social sphere.

A separate day was dedicated to analyzing successful stories of the formation and development of family entrepreneurship; it was filled with speeches by leaders of family businesses in the Stavropol Territory and regions.

Daughter and mother Inessa Gromova and Irina Rubtsova (president of ANO Heritage, Pyatigorsk) told how to achieve success in the creative industry. Women are engaged in the revival, preservation and development of handicrafts
and applied art of the North Caucasus.
Anastasia Kimburg, a fourth-generation beekeeper, presented the products of her family apiary. Spouses Klavdia Tkachenko and Mais Poghosyan spoke about organizing a business for short-term rental of apartments.
The chairman of the OPORA RUSSIA branch in Nevinnomyssk, Nadezhda Shvalova, shared the experience of her family company producing outdoor advertising.

The forum was organized in a family format, on the territory of the Rodnik park; the participants came with children. While mothers discussed the intricacies of business, children from 6 to 15 years old could spend time on playgrounds and themed areas.
At the forum, according to tradition, they organized an exhibition and sale of goods from local manufacturers; fifty enterprises presented their products).

A highlight of the business program was a field trip to an eco-farm and the production of natural cosmetics based on herbs in the region.
The forum is held annually, its goal is to support women who want to open their own business and develop import substitution through the exchange of practices and new acquaintances. The speakers invited to the forum are accomplished women in business and are participants in the EWF Council project “Development of Women's Entrepreneurship.”
