On the final day of the forum, participants discussed the role of BRICS in building global cooperation. Team leader of the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship "OPORA RUSSIA" Nadiya Cherkasova took an active part in the forum.
Galina Karelova, Chairman of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum, emphasized that in recent years the women's agenda has become an important component in the relations between the BRICS countries. The BRICS Women's Business Alliance has been created, promoting the deepening of cooperation, and within the framework of the IV Eurasian Women's Forum, the first BRICS Women's Forum will be held, which, according to Galina Karelova, will give a new impetus to cooperation between the countries.
“I am convinced that the atmosphere of mutual interest and trust that reigned at the World of Opportunities business forum will play a role in creating a favorable business environment and developing connections, which were initiated by the World of Opportunities.” The EWF session, which was included in the forum program, revealed the great interest of the women's community in the Arab world in our experience in supporting women's entrepreneurship, creating educational programs for women, efforts to protect public health and, in general, in developing interaction with women in Russia. Director of the Trade Development Department of the UAE Ministry of Economy, Rashid Al Teneiji, noted that the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates have a huge number of points of contact, interests and joint goals, including those related to the stability of global supply chains, food safety, and commodity trade.
“There are a large number of business segments that have not yet been developed within the framework of relations between Russia and the UAE. The United Arab Emirates always welcomes new partners. It is necessary to work on joint business projects between our countries: we have many opportunities. At the same time, business should not be influenced from outside,” said Rashid Al-Teneiji.
