ЧWhat is Ecolife company? This is a modern, innovative production enterprise, equipped with the latest Japanese knitting equipment, which produces modern, comfortable, high-quality and affordable children's clothing in Russia.
The company employs more than 80 people, and they are mostly women.
I have been in business for more than 20 years, and it so happened that my business path coincided with the formation of business in our country.
My first company was organized in 1996 and lasted until 1998 inclusive.
And the company Ecolife LLC has been operating from 2006 to the present day.
My path was fraught with a lot of mistakes and failures.
What made me, every time after failure, start new projects? Of course, this is the desire to manage your own time and be useful to your family, become an example to your children, and replenish the family budget.
Initially, the easiest thing in a growing economy was to become a distributor of foreign manufacturers and sell their products on the Russian market, which is what I organized.
But very soon I realized that this path, although the simplest, was not the most desirable for me. I could have virtually no influence on what product would be brought to market, what quality it would be, or form my own pricing policy. There was always a danger that the manufacturer would change its strategy in Russia or leave our market altogether, and all my efforts to promote the product to the market would be in vain.
There was a desire to create and produce my own product.
And 10 years ago, after the birth of my second daughter, I organized a design studio based on this idea and we began to create our own collections and placed orders at production sites in Uzbekistan. The main idea was to produce very high-quality clothes for children from natural fabrics at excellent prices. I myself, as a mother, as a consumer of these products, acted as the main critic and the main driving force in the development of this project.
We quickly became in demand on the market as a developer and manufacturer of children's clothing under the private label of specialized networks.
Since 2012, Ecolife LLC has been among the largest contract manufacturers and importers of children's clothing, importers since our main production site is in Uzbekistan. This is due to the fact that our main raw materials grow there.
2013 - became the holder of the largest portfolio of children's licenses: Disney, Mattel, Universal, Warner Brother, Masha and the Bear, Fixies, Minions, Barbie, Star Word.
In 2015, I launched a new project - my own brand of children's clothing, on which I am now spending all my accumulated experience and money!!
The brand is called FREE AGE.
And finally, the project that I am especially proud of is knitting production.
In January 2016, a knitting production facility equipped with the latest Japanese equipment started operating in St. Petersburg. And immediately the products were highly rated “No. 1 Made in Russia.”
We have the ability to produce the widest range, of the highest quality and at a competitive price. Production is 130% loaded with orders, and I would love to expand it. But so far I can’t find a suitable site for long-term development opportunities.
Our products are sold in the countries of the customs union and in all regions of the Russian Federation
This project is already my pride. And not only because of the achieved business result.
But also because I produce popular products for children. I feel personally responsible for the quality and price of products.
At my enterprise, employees have the opportunity to receive the widest opportunities for their development, access to the most modern technologies in light industry.
I am proud that the company is Russian, but we are in no way inferior to Western manufacturers and work on domestic raw materials.
And I believe that looking at this example, my children will be able to choose the right path in life. In my family there is respect for work, there is continuity and a great desire to create and create! I walked my path only with the support of my husband, faith in my own strength and a dream that is already becoming a reality.
Today I see a serious prospect for the development of this business.
