The history of my company Medlux-DV began in 2013. This was unexpected not only for me, but also for those around me. Firstly, the creation of a business in itself, and secondly, this is its direction. I, a person who worked for hire in the field of personnel management, without a medical education, organized a medical trading company. Why? It’s just that at a certain moment I realized that I was ready to create and manage myself. I also clearly understood that I wanted to help.

It seemed like a failed project: starting from scratch with a minimal budget in an area where you have absolutely no knowledge. However, success is the inevitable result of any business if you know what you want, realize your responsibility and constantly improve your business. Success cannot be found, borrowed, exchanged or bought. You can only earn it, so I just worked hard every day.

At the very beginning of the Medlux-DV company, I was alone, without a partner. There was no one to consult with, no one to share areas of responsibility with, mistakes were made. In my case, this was an ideal situation to quickly develop as a specialist. It is very valuable that my main assistants were my clients. For which I am eternally grateful to them.

And the company’s mission did not form in my head right away, but only a year and a half later, when I understood the essence of medical supplies and began to ask myself the question: “What will happen next?” That’s when the team began to form, clear goals appeared, and a very responsible mission was born - to help people, namely doctors and their patients.

Today, the Medlux team works to make the daily work of medical personnel easier and make medical care even more effective. Having the doctor have all the necessary medical products is one of the components of a speedy recovery for the patient. Therefore, by comprehensively equipping medical institutions and pharmacies with modern and safe medical products, we see this as having high social significance.

However, this is not the only task of the Medlux team. There is a more global goal - this is the organization of a single platform where the medical community can, in a comfortable environment, quickly receive information about new products in medicine, about modern, high-quality and affordable medical products and use them in their daily work. A platform where doctors, patients and manufacturers of medical goods and services can meet. The connection in the chain between the patient, doctor and manufacturer is obvious and very close!

Therefore, we organize medical seminars and conferences, participate in exhibitions, bring innovative medical products to the market together with manufacturers, create personal products for our clients and develop in new directions.

In 2013, the company began its activities by working with medical institutions. Today we participate in government auctions, work with the beauty industry, nutrition institutes, pharmacies, retail chains, hotels, etc. We look for new markets, find them and offer our products and services.

Constantly improving in our business, we study our clients, learn to exceed their expectations and, thus, create our own special service - “Medlux Service”.

I'm always a work in progress. Owning your own business is also a process of improving yourself.

And my family and my ambitions do not allow me to stop and help me reach new heights of quality. These are my engines to the goal. For me, being ambitious means wanting, doing and getting. And the deeper and stronger my ambitions, the better the future of my family will be.

The faster we achieve our goals, the faster new ones will appear.
