My name is Vasilyeva Yana
First of all, I am a happy mother of a three-year-old boy and wife, owner of ABC-ACTIVE LLC. I am an economist by training and have attended a huge number of accounting seminars.
She started her first business in 2009 - opened grocery stores, then a network of 3 stores and 2 bars was formed. But this business took a lot of effort and time. While on maternity leave, I realized that I needed to change everything in order to devote more time to my beloved family and home. And, of course, it was very important that the work bring pleasure. When the baby was two months old, I started preparing a business plan to open an outsourcing accounting firm. 6 months later, when my son Mark was 8 months old, I opened my own company ABC-ACTIVE LLC. Of course, at first it was difficult; I worked only three hours a day with one assistant. And then my company began to grow and develop together with my son. I am very grateful to my husband, he provided tremendous support! On his days off, he sat with his son or traveled with me, helping to resolve organizational issues.
In September 2016, it was decided to increase the staff by 2 people and move to a new office from 16 sq.m to 97 sq.m. The staff currently employs 7 people, 4 of whom are young mothers. But further expansion is planned. Our work is initially geared towards mutual assistance and understanding. This is probably why the quality of work is at the highest level.
