About the project
The program was created by the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship Opora Russia in 2015 together with the Amway charity foundation “Responsible for the Future”.
Over the course of 7 years, the program was developed by regional branches of the women's committee Opora of Russia and became the most striking educational project aimed at supporting the business initiatives of women on maternity leave.

The program is being implemented with the support of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and is included in the list of programs for entrepreneurs implemented within the framework of the national project of the Russian Federation “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives.”

FORMAT:
• Full-time training (intensive) on the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing, business planning and effective business management
• Coaching staff - accredited business trainers of SME Corporation JSC, who have completed specialized courses and internships
• Visit to the place of business of two or three successful entrepreneurs in the region (practice)
• Duration of training – 40 hours (5 days)
